By uploading content to Brade, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.3 This license allows Brade to continue using and selling your Content even if you delete your account or remove the Content from our platform.

3. Compensation
3.1 You will be compensated only if your Content is purchased by brands through our platform.
3.2 There is no guarantee that your Content will be purchased or that you will receive any compensation for uploaded Content.

3.4 Payments will be made to the account you designate, subject to reaching the minimum payout threshold as specified in our payment terms.
4. Content Removal and Account Termination
4.1 Brade reserves the right to remove any Content that violates these terms or that we believe may be harmful to our platform or users.
4.2 We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
5. User Representations and Warranties
By uploading Content, you represent and warrant that:
5.1 You have the legal right to upload and license the Content as described in these terms.
5.2 Your Content does not violate any applicable laws or infringe on any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
5.3 You have obtained all necessary releases and permissions for any identifiable individuals or private properties featured in your Content.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Brade is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use, sale, or distribution of your Content.
6.2 We do not guarantee the security of your Content or protection against unauthorized access or use.
6.3 Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our platform shall not exceed the amount paid to you for your Content in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Privacy and Data Usage
